Step 1: Initial Site Assessment
We’ll evaluate terrain conditions, historical records, visible markers, and environmental factors to provide you with a tailored preservation plan.
Step 2: Surveying
A systematic GPR survey will scan the ground to detect subsurface anomalies without excavation. These results are combined with GPS cemetery mapping, which captures exact spatial coordinates for every detected feature, ensuring each grave location is accurately georeferenced. All spatial data is then imported into a GIS platform, where it is organized into interactive digital maps that combine subsurface findings with surface features, boundaries, and existing cemetery records.
